How do I hold a job when every single time I am forced to just deal with the fact that I am getting screwed over and taken advantage of by my higher ups? Im new to the work force, have had 4 jobs where I only stayed for a max of 4 months before I stormed off every single time because I was literally about to knock management out for the sheer amount of disrespect. I will literally not work for an asshole who doesnt have good morals. I wont. If they cant handle criticism and constructivley talk about issues like an adult with me im out. Plain and simple.

OP here. Yeah lol it's retail and fast food. Couldnt land anything else around here. It's made me honestly afraid of getting a job. Gonna turn this into a vent 'cause im highOne of my gms used to hit on me and use my social anxiety and inability to say no to his advantage to put all the work of everyone on me. He tried to kiss me once and would call me flirtacious nicknames. Even was selling rotting food and got a batch of moldy fries once from a store order and just sold it because he didnt want to do the work of calling them to get a new shipment. That mother fucker was even shorting people below minimum wage without telling them. The other oned were bad but that guy was evil. I quit without notice.
