There has yet to be a way out discovered officially. There are however solutions that can be employed only if you so chose.
Jerry Wise is a runner up. Different format, might be much more helpful but I swear by Vaknin.

I'll start watching Vaknin again. What did he help you most with do you think? I watched him often and felt like my eyes were open and someone understood how I felt, but also sad about my future.
