My first name is quite obscure so when I introduce myself people always go "UH WHAT??? CAN U SAY IT AGAIN??" and then I have to repeat it 4 times and hope theyll fucking remember it. Should I just use my second name instead?

Just use your nickname. If the occasion arises that you have to fill out a form or something you can just say "This is my legal name"

try the real name twice then go to a nickname

Spell it for them or rhyme it with something from the moment you tell them.
