I'm a mid 20's jobless NEET with no future, ambition, or drive but a lot of social anxiety and maybe autism. I have no car and no degree either but I have worked in retail. Does anyone know of any chill or easy jobs? Or just any stable jobs that aren't too demanding or overwhelming?I don't know what to do with myself.
>>33678777The job listings I have seen even for dishwasher it says MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION so you must figure out how to get a car before you can have a job. Don't listen to faggots who tell you you can just take the bus. That doesn't count as reliable.
>>33678946I can just Uber there or something The car isn't that big a deal for me unless the job actually requires me to go around driving places
>>33679247Uber will cost more than owning a car. Like eat up 50% or more of your pay to 90% of it because you can only get low level jobs because you are a no education retard with shit experience. Yes it is a big deal. Do you live in Manhattan or something? That may be the only exception.
>>33679247LOL you think Uber is reliable too. I was trying to get somewhere with that once and the drivers kept accepting and rejecting my ride for like 2 hours straight.
>>33678777Try getting a WFH job. Banks and insurance companies are good places to look.>>33678946>>33679247Like anon says, uber is wayyyy worse than a car. If you uber to and from work, you might as well not even work, because you're probably barely going to break even.I suggest either taking the bus and lying that you have a car (don't feel bad about lying in a completely unfair rigged system) or having your mom drive you if you can't get a WFH job.
>>33679667>lying that you have a carthat may work to get the job but he will get fired the first time there is a problem getting there or getting picked up
>>33679667I can arrange to have someone pick me up after work. Also, depending on the distance, Uber isn't too pricey and I'll be able to make back what I spend, within an hour until I can get a car.
>>33679752so continue doing that while you save up for a car
>>33679909I am really urging you to get your own car asap and not perpetuate the idea that uber is sustainable or reliable or a certain price every time reliably. If you get caught getting a ride you better say your car is in the shop or whatever. Try and borrow your parent's car all day if possible. Sell all your collectible or other expendable bullshit if you have any. I see cars for sale for 3000-5000 it wouldn't be impossible to get that together.
>>33680163I have nothing to sell. I'll figure out the car problem somehow. I had a job before and I took Ubers there and had my parents pick me up after work.My main concern is getting a job in the first place. The car I can deal with later.
