Find a hobby you enjoy and has both sexes in it. Then join a club.Volleyball, running, dance, Yoga, books, dnd, bowling, Volunteering at a food bank or animal shelter. These are just some ideas.Don't be a creep. Try to talk to people.I'm not going to say its easy, because it isn't. But if you are a cent enough human being, and actually try to be social in places where people want you to be social, it helps. You meet people and even if it doesn't lead anywhere you get practice for the next time.
