How do I cope with this?
I don’t know if it’s the constant negativity online or my family home situation but I feel either boiling anger or fatigue.

How do I just not care.

Best way is to remove the thoughts in your head. If I'm in a bad situation in life like lets say I failed an exam that I needed to pass I always think of what I can do in the present, not that I actually failed. I only focus on what I will be doing in the present unless I need to actually make a plan for the future. Thinking too much leads to emotional outbursts. Only think about the absolute necessary, what has happened has happened, not to say you should be totally aloof but rather use your mind to think about only what you will do in that moment.

The media you view definitely makes a difference but I think the root of it is probably your family situation. I've noticed, for me, regaining a sense of control helps ease my stress. You could try setting yourself some small goals and work to accomplish them daily, giving you some positive feelings of progress and control. It can be anything- training pushups, a new cleaning routine, learning watercolor, whatever. You need something to ground you and be predictable or you will keep feeling stressed out. feel better soon

When I take shrooms they completely remove my anger and let me analyse my emotions from a 3rd person view.
I think you could achieve this with meditation but I don't have the patience for that shit.

"not caring" is the wrong idea in my opinion. The goal should be to fix the problem(s), not ignore it.
Step 1: find the problem
Step 2: solve the problem

People don't get angry for no reason, even if it looks like it. And maybe it's a combination of things. Bad home situation, social media, and maybe add some poor physical habits like bad food or sleep, and maybe even your own conscience. I have no idea.
Maybe write it all down. Everything that bothers you. Then go to bed and wake up the next day and check the list and see what still bothers you.

Mushrooms can help you figure out what's bothering if you don't know. But it's not a magic pill. They just make you very open and vulnerable. And if you're in a bad state you should expect to break down in tears and stuff. But it can help you identify what's wrong, it's just going to be a rough ride.

Maybe talk about it with a psychotherapist or a neurologist. Sometimes people can have anger issues due to neurological problems or some kind of heavy metal in their system messing with their mood. Check for vitamin or mineral deficiencies. Sleep better, eat better, drink water, exercise. Take a look at what could be irritating you in the environment that you live in. I know it's easier said than done but just try to do your best in checking for this kind of factors.
If you're open to go for the religious route, then also you could go to a catholic church and talk to a priest about your (possible) struggle with the capital sin of wrath.

So, my recommended objectives in order:
1. Health checks.
2. Psychotherapy
3. Confessing the sin of wrath.

If you were already Christian, then talk about it with a priest or pastor, or fellow church goer.

>take shrooms
Bad idea. Are they not the demons' banquet?

>meditation

don't even know what you mean by that. >>33687910 says it right

One of the most liked comments: "I have meditated for years and I simply count my breath and sit still and I never experienced anything bad". Just the way people who pray still experience negative life outcomes, so can anyone who meditates. I am intrigued by this kind of research into meditation and I will look into it more. As I stated, I'm more about the shrooms for gaining mental clarity.

There's a difference between a simple, secular breathing exercise backed up by the scientific method (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g-nZBmxLBOo), and a Hinduist or Buddhist meditation practice passing off as something secular, like yoga passing off as innocent stretching exercises when they're bodily poses invoking pagan deities or demons.

>don't even know what you mean by that ["demon's banquet"]

...Take these links with a grain of salt, of course. But hallucinogenic drugs nullify sobriety and make the individual spiritually vulnerable to demonic activity, especially to someone outside the church. That's sort of what I meant. And the resources I provided talk about the dangers of sorcery (it's just dangerous stuff to be wary about, and even if you got pseudovaccinated against the Chinse flu, by God's grace you could've still been relatively protected in your health, for example if it was a placebo inoculation.)

I remember hearing that phrase (the demons' banquet) from a catholic-led exorcism anecdote but I could be misremembering it.

But I must say these spiritual dangers, even if they weren't so present (that is, if someone took shrooms once or more times and somehow went through that unscathed), are nothing against the healing power in Christianity because God conquers all evil with Jesus Christ, even death.
