How do I articulate my thoughts better? How do I tell if I have a mental disability or if I really am just a low IQ retard?I've always struggled with thinking my thoughts out loud. I don't have aphantasia and I can think in words when I want to but by default everything to me is an abstract picture or feeling with a little narration here and there.

Actual genetic low iq in real life is being frozen up on fluid problem solving situations at work while other normal people figure it out fairly easily. You can’t get the hang of tasks others learn quicker than you such as disassembling something and putting it back into the box correctly. You have poor memory and cannot for the life of you understand what a person is describing to you. Don’t feel bad if this is you AI is literally going to rape average intelligent people and they will lose thier jobs
>>33687401Damn that description fit me perfectly. Guess I am low IQ afterall. Is there anything I can do to at least mitigate it?I've also noticed I get tricked very easily by others and I have zero points in cunning
>>33687396Literally start reading books dude. Not audiobooks, not a picture book, get a real book, open it up and start reading. I 100% guarantee there is a genre you will like. After you start reading, start writing. It doesn't have to be anything major. Just like some sentences here or there. Why this will help: Reading exposes you to how other people think and organize their thoughts on a page, and bonus points for dialogue and internal thoughts. You can see sentence by sentence how their thoughts become actions. Then writing will help you organize your thoughts. These are training tools. Once you get those going, talking your thoughts out loud wont be so much of a challenge.

>>33687587ThanksWhat books would you recommend for this in particular?
>>33688755Honestly any book will help. But particularly 1st person. Personally, I mainly read fantasy, sci-fi with a touch of auto biographies. Starting with something you already have an interest in, will make it easier to start and continue. If you have like a TV genre or game genre you like, I can maybe suggest some specific books.
