Those studies weren't about women with specific personalities but about women in general. Even Mythbusters did a experiment about it and found that women rated men lower or higher based on their occupation and status, but tbf the women were in their 30s-40s and the sample size was much smaller, though I would imagine that it's true to an extent for women in their 20s especially women in their late 20s.
I'm not saying that being independent and driven, and doing more things than playing videogames isn't important, but money and status seems to be a pretty big boost.
