Pretty average I'd say 5/10 but as others have mentioned the fashion isnt doing you any favors. Being overweight though is really dragging you down if you lost some weight and dressed better you'd probably be more of a 6/10 maybe even 6.5/10 hard to tell but definitely not ugly.Also taste is somewhat subjective even if you're the most average persob there can be some outliers will call you ugly while others will call you pretty so best not to put too much weight on any one opinion.

u got porportions facially like an anime character if im being dead honest - it would really come down to your voice and how you move. If it felt masculine it would be offputting , but if somehow you have a feminine voice , you would seem very endearing and attractive People here saying losing weight would help, girl your facial features are SET and you would look ghoulish if you got skinny , if anything keeping some weight makes you look "full" and you should aim for a muscular build.
