for my anxiety, panic attacks, severe depression and anger issues.Anyone got experience with this shit?I'm a bit scared to take it because the list of potential side effects is bigger than my BWCWhat positive/negative effects are to be expected?

>>33718842Random instant diarrhea was shit (no shit), although I got it from sertraline but it stayed after switching to this. I think it killed off my mental agility too. Anyways if you need it you need it, work with your shrink and get better.
You will no longer have boners
>>33718842I asked for some from my GP for depression. Got the 10mg pills with no real discussion or instruction.Used a pill cutter and started with 1/8 of a pill (1.25mg). It actually worked for a few weeks. But the problem for me is there was a clear reduction of neural transmission after being artificially on a high everyday. For instance, coffee didn't have a strong effect anymore. I actually started feeling more depression and less motivation. Also I was intensely annoyed by many social interactions in ways I hadn't noticed before. Tried moving to 1/4 of a pill and it just got worse so then I tapered down with some minor side effects. I can definitely see why some people become suicidal/homicidal with drugs like this. A full 10 mg might've killed me.But now I understand why it works for people with anxiety or emotional outbursts. In the long term it acts like an anti-psychotic. After the initial several weeks it should block any surges in energy that would get people in trouble. So basically make sure you're that type of person. You'll probably see what I'm talking about if you check reddit and what issues the drug actually address for people.
We literally just did this shit with the even shittier version: >>76661462FWIW I've tried several antidepressants recreationally and the SSRI class is one I stay away from.
>>33718850He's not a spammer! It was an honest question. You must be a crazy schizo!!
>>33718851But what kind of responses do you expect about psych meds besides "troons u out, ropium fuel, zombified" especially when it's shitty (es)/citalopram instead of some weirder deranged China antidepressant, kek.
>>33718842>SSRIs
>>33718849Why on earth would you cut the pill?Different doses have different effects, it’s not just less = less profound effects.
>>33720247Everyone has different neural sensitivities and architectures due to genetics and development. One dose definitely does not work the same in everyone. You can look at the experiences. On the same dosage some people may feel very little and others get destroyed. And yes, the effects actually scale predictably on dosage + time. The FDA just picked 10mg to throw at most people because that's what studies showed on average gave the most serotonin transporter saturation before side effects became highly intolerable. They could've picked any other value but exactly 10 was attractive to them. In any case, if a drug is not appropriate for you then going to ever-higher doses is not going to make it better. That only becomes true in sociopathic psychiatry logic which ends up being surprisingly prevalent when you investigate experiences.
>>33720968>>33720247I had low tolerance for SSRI and had low level seratonin syndrome symptoms the very first dose of Lexapro, I tried to titrate onto sertaline after that and I couldn't even do it up to a quarter of the "therapeutic dose"keep in mind mine was for anxiety diagnosis and not depression either, I started a much more benign drug but I had to take it 3 times a day floored me when doc said he what he did. doctors are lazy with it too they want to throw you one sertaline or lexapro because it's once a day which "increases compliance" bro I'm 34 not 80 I'm not gonna forget to take my shit 3 times a day
>>33718842When you start noticing being hungry all the time, I would stop it. Made me gain 50 pounds.
>>33718842Doesn't really do much other than make it impossible to cum, the only noticeable effect it had is when I quit, I would get mini brain seizures and it felt like I was randomly tased and that lasted for months, try microdosing shrooms instead
