I hate that I have to make this cringe thread, but is there anyway for an introvert to become an extrovert without the manifestation techniques? How can an introvert succeed in an extroverted world where everything is based around networking on social media?

Please recommend some books related to the topic
>>
>this pic
that's why the world is upside down
>>
Also, to be clear, I'm talking about "real" introversion where one isn't interested in interacting with other people, not social anxiety.

''real'' introversion as defined by Jung: the prevalence of conscious attention to subjective factors over the objective world. Less interest in other people, predilection for solitary activities etc. is a derived trait which is a usual, but not a necessary consequence of introversion.

>How can an introvert succeed in an extroverted world
World is not more extraverted than introverted. One might even argue that the prevalence of non-physical communciation methods due to internet technology pushes the world towards introverted behaviour.

>Please recommend some books related to the topic
Jung ''Psychological Types'' and picrel for a hypothesis on how to balance the type (interaction with people of types supplementing your psychological functions).
>>
By going outside. You have to break the habit. You can do anything you want given the required time. Log off internet, journal. Be nice, be friendly, even though it might appear as weird because you’re bad at it, people understand and appreciate your effort. Read more books. Gives you cues of social interaction.
>>
>>33720643
Also mind that you don’t care too much about it, don’t try to please everyone. Be yourself and be open to what you think. Extroversion doesn’t mean being a people’s pleaser.
>>
>>33720639
You have to put yourself in situations that make you uncomfortable. That's it.

psychological types by jung so you stop using the words in a retarded way that doesn't make sense

You are 15 years old and mistake having a schizoid personality disorder with being introverted. Offtopic, reported, fuck off.

My apologies, might original post might not have been clear but I have no problem socializing and fitting in with people. My conundrum is that I don't want to socialize despite having the capability and the opportunity to do so. I don't want to interact with people but I do want the want to interact with people, that's the change I'm seeking.

In totality, I would agree. When I say extraverted world I mean a world where extraverts have more success in entrepreneurship, art, and relationships.

I appreciate the recommendation, I'll check it out.

if you want a shorter introduction read modern man in search of a soul
https://osanos50.wordpress.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/modern-man-in-search-of-a-soul-stages-of-life-1.pdf
the essay psychological theory of types starts on pg 92
A really good essay is also jung's phenomology of spirit in fairy tales
the tl;dr is everyone has introverted and extroverted aspects
there's been a couple people who tried to systematize this like socionics another anon linked or mbti

frankly im gonna be real the real issue for "succeeding in an extrovert world" isn't personality thing, or not primarily
3rd worlders basically have 0 interior life and are different types. (using mbti as one that's been studied im an INTP, intp are somewhat prominent in europe, very prominent in japan) so white/asian culture will be more catered to that kind of person.
if your country has mass imported 80 iq indians and blacks your inability to function is because the systems have to cater towards 3rd world bug people, not personality (but in some sense they will be "more extroverted" certainly) but extroverted in a way that is fundamentally at odds with you. I do think normie white extroverts are able to deal with that better or not see how anti-social these animals are but that doesn't make the culture "extroverted"

Understanding your psychological type and where you are more extroverted vs introverted and where you are likely to conflict with people is helpful though so you can avoid that or deal w/ people better

If you want to succeed people around people that are similarity genetically because you were selected and bred to function socially with those sorts of people, if you are mixed race you are probably just fucked desu, that's why race mixing is evil.
i'd read grant jones' stuff like hive mind and the culture transplant if you want to learn more about those

Thanks anon, I'll read all the suggestions ITT. I appreciate your novel point of view on success in terms of racial compatibility with the current culture, I'll consider it. Migrants are being brought in to replace the lower and middle class so that's why I vie to break into the upper class through entrepreneurship and networking as much as I hate the idea, but the world is changing quickly so it's adapt or die.

you might be interested in charle's murray's coming apart then the "upper class" is largely geographic now that books like a decade old but captures it well
honestly now id be more concerned about this
the upper class can't actually seclude itself that much a key point in grant jones work is about the wide scale institutional functioning is largely a product of the majority IQ/ethnicity basically only a couple states are looking like they'll even be first world in 30 years

You can force yourself to go to social events like book clubs, sports clubs and activities, dance classes etc. but you can’t force yourself to enjoy constant interactions, which is what introversion is.

Literally giving the chad no novel character flaws the virgin didn't already have, and literally giving the virgin character that was never even implied
The virgin is a perpetually upset faggot who is afraid to hear the world around him or the thoughts screaming in his head, drowning them out with his music and looking down to escape being around others. He has no friends, and the few he does have are barely acquaintences. Inverting reality this hard is just a faggoty cope that "actually my pocket medic and I are really close, bro, I have plenty of friendship, d-d-don't look at the wikihow pages in my search history about how to talk to humans! I'm perfectly well adjusted!"

>>
>>33720639
Not possible. Introversion involves actual mental processes. You can only build them over decades of practice. If you just realized you have become a person you don't want to be, the pressure you will be putting yourself to change will make you unable to deliver you into the right state of mind to develop extroversion.

As far as I see it, it can only be possible if it develops naturally, or if someone from the outside actively creates the situation to become one. Think of it as operating on yourself, no that drunken russian doesn't count.

>Journal
>Read more books
Yeah no, do the exact opposite of this. The less time you spend in your head, the better. Normies are anti-intellectuals that hate introspection and thinking about anything that isn't surface level, now more than ever. "Read books" lmao, the normal person doesn't read shit, and they don't need to read shit, because they're normal and not soulless retards who need an instruction manual for basic things like making friends. As for journaling, all that does it enhance neuroticism and self-doubt. The less time you spend contemplating your thoughts, the better off you'll be. Act like a retarded caveman and never EVER doubt yourself, ESPECIALLY when you're wrong. Double down, in fact, you give and inch and they'll demand a mile. Normies are blind in the sense that they appreciate bold confident people (even when they're fucking stupid) more than calm rational ones (who hesitate to make decisions). They see the latter as weak and ineffectual doormats to walk all over. It's a retarded high-school way of seeing things, but the unfortunate truth is that most people never develop mentally beyond high-school.
>t. A soulless retard who's been reading and journaling since he was little
