Bro this is stuff we've known for millennia. And the technology is all the better about it. If you're so small and your foreskin is THAT sensitive, just use Q-tips to clean.
I had this problem badly until I was like 22. I had a new gf I was going to have sex with so I knew I had to fix my shit.Before a shower, put aquafor or vaseline under the skin with a q-tip. In the shower, near the end when everything is soft and wrinkly, slowly worked to get my head exposed, and simultaneously cleaned off the aquafor. It took less about 2 weeks to go from literal turtle neck who never saw the light of day to just hanging out no prob.
