I probably don't even brush my teeth properly I sometimes go a couple days without brushing and when I do brush I brush like 40 seconds at a time. I don't drink any acidic drinks like coffee or soda though and I rinse my mouth with water everytime I eat or whenever I don't feel like brushing. Just don't eat or drink slop.
>>33734526Same here. Haven’t been since I was a kid (except for when I got Invisalign), and I expected them to be all sanctimonious about how I don’t floss or whatever but I must be doing okay. Some have a genetic proclivity for cavities I have heard, but the whole thing about going to the dentist twice a year for a cleaning sounds kinda boomer to me, like it’s something (((big dental))) pushed on the naive post WWII generation.
