IQ tests are all about solving novel problems very quickly (within a few seconds), so your short attention span is extremely unlikely to affect your performance on IQ tests.
Moving beyond testing environments, it is still unlikely to have much of an effect. Very few problems require a large amount of time to solve, usually there's a flash of insight, a few minutes to rough out the solution, and the actual hard work that remains is low-IQ work that can be done by normie-IQ Timmies.
