I am 23 years old and I just had my first date (ever). The girl is pretty cute. We seemed to both have a good time. We went for lunch and then to a museum that she had been meaning to visit. She was pretty happy to see me when we met up. The conversation flow was pretty good and our interests align pretty well. We spent around 4 hours together. Any advice on how to pursue this? Idk sounds nice im happy for you, just dont pretend to be someone else to impress her or stuff like that, good luck
OP here, I'm only thinking perhaps the date ended on a slightly awkward note. Should I say anything or just ignore it next time I message her in a few days? Maybe I am overthinking it.
>>33734457You're overthinking it. It sounds like it went fine. Send her a message and suggest meeting again. Chances are she'll say yes. But if she doesn't, it's not important, because rejections are an essential part of the dating process: part of the purpose of dating is to try spending time with people to see if the two of you get on well; most of the time it turns out you don't, and you go your separate ways and meet other people. So don't get upset about rejections: they're essential for the process to work.
