There is a guy at my work whom, I think, is being cucked to death by his "gf", and I do not know how to help this chad.He is skinny, meek, wears a suit when it is a casual workplace and he works on the laptop 12 hours a day. He has very tired eyes and looks down on the floor.He is working on a project with his gf and she does all the social stuff while he does the programming. She is constantly away on meetings while he is in the office alone.She is same height as him, assertive and happy. She has a daughter too. Any time they talk, he is mumbling and she is loud.Yesterday it was only me and him, and it was jarring. He was mumbling about the project on the phone next to me and the other person was "on a meeting". It was 7 PM. He finally ended with "love u", which was when I realized it was her.It kind of hurt. I am sure he is being cucked to death. Every time I enter the office, I have to see his demoralized face.Are relationships like this worth it? At the end of the day, at least he has a girlfriend and I am single. I couldn't deal with such humiliation, but at least he has probably gotten to smash.
