> whatever, park it somewhere out-of-the-way
> keep leaving trash bags by the road
> fast-forward to now
> cancel garbage collection
> am informed that they will pick up the trash can and charge me $75 "removal fee" plus $10 "environmental fee"

I never agreed to such a fee. I never asked for this trash can. What's the worst that could happen if I just haul the bin to their facility myself and tell the bank not to accept any charge? Will I end up in court?
