I use Mycoster 1% cream, Uriage gel and I used to do istacyne 100 mg as antibiotic to this shit

It's fucking consistent hell and does not go away, I will try to go back to istacyne since it removes it, i'm on a stalemate where this shit comes back and it's driving me on the verge of suicide

Should i use another shit ? Of course i have it on my scalp but don't suggest those shit shampoos

stop eating sugar and bread
eat more veggy and fruit
stop using drying shampoos all the time. find the balance.
classical cures like ketoconazol and selenium shampoo work but you gotta find your own routine because everyone is different. use sezia.co and search every product that you use to find malessezia feeders.

I use ketoconazole shampoos (also on your face), nystatin cream. Sometimes when it's too strong I use the stronger cortisol cremes I got from my dermatologist. Sunlight helps a lot, sucks during winter. I'm not sure which is better; nystatin or ketoconazole. Dermatoligist told me I have psoriasis, but it's probably seborrhoeic dermatitis
