Get your skills up- enough to show you have achieved success or helped someone achieve it. So that companies or corporations will find value in paying you. An example: they would much rather hire a programmer with skills who had been part of a team that brought a product to market and had reasonable success with it- compared to the recent college grad with no skills or real life work experience. Look at job postings today and what they require. Brush up on skills that you are lacking in. Show some evidence those skills lead to results and favorable outcomes. That's all.
