going to uni next year and i have a pretty good idea of what i want to do and how im going to do them, but i also want to expand my social connections beyond the ones i already have (normies)what do normal people do to meet each other? high schools where im from have extracurricular activities, but they were all empty excluding friendless fags who thought they were being social by doing them so i wonder if its the same in uni or if there are actual cool people i could meet theredo people still go to pubs? or are people accepting in places like sports groups even if you suck at it? im wondering, im not really in a rush but this thought came to me and i wanted to ask to clear up some questions i had about uni

>>33742805we were waiting for THE FIRST CLASS before it all even started and she talked to me asking me if we were on the correct classroommost people I met in uni was like that, the first year is very easy because no one knows anything so you make friends just asking around and finding about stuff together
>>33742805I never went to uni but I would think that its just a matter of being outgoing enough to talk to people about small things. Eventually you have mutual interests and you end up hanging out outside of class bases over said shared interests. I.e. the normal way to make friends
