My department is one of the few in the company that has any poc employees and management seems biased against them in just about everything, so I try to help them out.They're often afraid to deal with certain people in management out of concern of racism, so I volunteer to handle the work/cases they don't want. Management keeps seeing me doing these jobs and frames it like I'm the only one working. My coworkers are mad now that I've betrayed them, but I was just trying to help them and didn't think they'd be getting downsized for it.Wdytisd??
