I am a retired United States Drill Instructor of the Marine Corps. I moved to Taiwan with my family and obtained an Alien Resident Certificate. During my time in Taiwan, my family and I were attacked with advanced acoustic technology and psychological warfare tactics. I attempted to reach out to U.S. entities and was formally labeled delusional by the DoD from overseas without so much as a psychiatric evaluation. My family’s medical claims, and my own, were constantly delayed and eventually ignored. I had to sell my home in the United States to cover medical bills in Taiwan. An attempt was made on my life that also put my family in danger, so I returned to the United States. Upon my return, I faced completely different kinds of tactics that I believe were utilized to isolate and torture my family. My phones and laptop are constantly hacked. My phonecalls are constantly distorted and I am abruptly hung up on in key conversations, especially regarding matters of finance. I have reached out to many U.S. organizations; I have attempted to reach out to the commandant and the president using the correct public channels. All attempts to get any kind of help have been ignored. I walked up to the nearest FBI center to request help, they just gave me a business card and told me “The system works.” I don’t know what else to do.
