I found out my wife has an affair with a woman. I'm wrecked, but I'm too fried to deal with it right now. I work 12 hour days. I got sent home early today because my supervisor saw I couldn't focus and told me to come back tomorrow.Right now I can't think straight. Part of me wants to collapse and cry. Part of me is furious. I bust my ass to provide for us. I don't have friends, I don't have time for myself, my whole life was built around giving her a life. And she betrayed me. I'm emptied out and raw. And she had to do this with a woman.. that's humiliating.I don't know what to do next. I need time to process this before I make any choices. Advice welcome.
