i’m a female recovering NEET and about 6 months ago i was rejected by a guy i really liked. he told me he “wasn’t ready for a relationship but maybe it could work in the future.” i don’t wanna out right say that he lead me on as i still think he’s a good person but i have a gut feeling that he did. it took me an embarrassingly long amount of time to get over it.now i’ve met a new guy that i get on well with and relate to a lot. when we get drunk together i lay on his shoulder and he holds me. i’ve never been affectionate with a guy before and i really like him but i can’t tell if he likes me too or if it’s just something we do when drunk. i’m scared of being rejected again and i don’t know how to naturally progress our relationship HELP.
