Is there something genuinely wrong with women's brains or have they been psyop'd into thinking that because they have their period they can behave as insufferable as possible because "mood swings"?

i personally have never felt any strong behavioural changes on my period besides feeling a stronger craving for sweets. people say its hormones, but i believe a lot of women (and this can be applied on people in general) behave a certain way because people act like xyz happens naturally even though that might not be the case. theres this stereotype that women have strong mood swings on their periods due to hormones, most probably act up on it due to indoctrination and expectations that 'need' to be met
I get bad mood swings all the time. Usually I get a mood swing between dinner in bed where I don't want to be bothered and I usually am. When I'm on my period it feels as if my mood swings happen a lot easier.

>>33761022It's a thing, but ideally women should be able to self-regulate despite the emotional shifts and not just act like a bitch. It's like when people get hangry when trying to lose weight, yeah they will be more tetchy or irate but they are expected to still keep it under the hood. If a woman is more impatient or snappy than usual that's fairly forgivable. But if they are having metldowns or acting like total assholes that's when you can call bullshit on the hormone excuse.
