Recorded evidence of my dad cheating on my mom. Everyone knew but there hasn't been hard evidence before. Most of the inheritance is property with both their names on it. We are afraid that when they divorce he will write the other lady into his will. I live in California so the court doesn't care ab6 infidelity. I also have a single mother sister who's pretty much ruined her life and is terrible with money. They both seem to generally agree that I'd get a marginally larger share as they don't trust her with money to the point of them even wanting to appoint a trustee to her inheritance.How do I play this to not be written out either of their wills? Do I show my mother and tell her that she didn't get it from me?
