So I have crippling social anxiety which makes me shake profusely whenever I am talking to someone. Today a shopkeeper asked me if I was okay and my doctor (Im an inpatient on a mental health ward) told me to relax. This obviously just made me shake more. What can I do bros? I try taking deep breaths but in the moment I am just so focused on how obvious my shaking is.

>>33772276Yeah, bro, physical analogues suck. The only advise i can offer is to live with your parents, surrounding yourself as much as possible in that safe and secure environment. And with that as your ground base, you dip your toe into the anxious situations.
You can't stop shaking if it's all you're focusing on. Try to accept you're going to shake and there's nothing wrong with it, after some time exposing yourself into anxious situations it will slowly get better.

My advice is to see through the illusion and hypnosis youโre in. See yourself differently. Meditate or gentle psychedelics
