So at my college cafeteria there's this fat guy who keeps asking for literally EVERYONE'S food/trays. And his hunger is literally insatiable. He'll literally eat like (not even exaggerating) 10 pizza slices, 10 hamburgers, 10 hot dogs, and 10 pieces of cake all at one time and still not be satisfied. Most people oblige by giving him the food from their tray they don't want, but other people are really pissed at him. Like one guy was like: "Holy fucking shit dude 10 different people already gave you their entire trays! Stop asking for more you greedy motherfucker!" And another guy, this time a religious one: "Gluttony is one of the 7 deadly sins. Greed as well. Keep this shit up and you'll be going to hell." And when stopping by the machines to get more soda or more ice cream or whatever, he'll keep cutting in line and trying to get more just for him so others don't get it before him because he's desperate to get more before they run out. And people telling him shit like: "Get your fucking filthy hands off of the machines you fat fuck!" And this whole time he doesn't seem to mind that people are mad at him. He's not upset in any way, not mad, not sad, not annoyed, etc. He just keeps a straight face. I'm wondering if I should stand up for him because so many people are so mean to him, but then again he seems to be bringing this on himself. He wants the food literally all for him and for everyone else to have none. It's not like he's some innocent guy just minding his own business. He keeps getting in people's business over food.

Sounds like the guy might have Prader-Willi Syndrome, which is a genetic problem that results in an uncontrollable urge to eat. If that's the case then it's not really right to be rude to the guy since it's not something he chose, but at the same time you can't expect everyone else who's not messed up to tolerate it. Realistically the poor fuck is eating himself into oblivion but if he's not seeking ways to manage it (there was a drug approved this year to control the appetite) then he's part of his own problem. In any case it sounds like he's used to verbal abuse from years of raiding people's shit and it doesn't bother him, so I'd just stay out of it if I were you.
