I am oldest son in my family, i have a younger brother who have stole my mom’s only car and some money to go out with his friends to street racing and gone for 3 days so far. I have tried to contacts him but nothing work, he ghosted me,skip school, show absolutely indifferent. What should i do

That child can do whatever they want because the parent/parents are ok with it even if they lie, steal, break the law and disappear.
