How can I do this as a man without coming off as cringey and desperate for female attention?
>>33777729If you're good-looking, then you don't need traps.
>>33777742I’d still like to put myself out there
>>33777816So you're not good-looking?
>>33777729Don't. There's no way to do it without coming off as feminine (read: unattractive) and desperate. I've never once met a woman who didn't think that male thirst traps reeked of desperation. >no but like bro what if I likeThere's no way to do it without it being cringey. It's not possible.
>>33777848I’ve had enough girlfriends to know that I’m not ugly, but I don’t feel attractive
>>33777908I know people with Down-Syndrome who have also had plenty of girlfriends. Do you think they are good-looking?
>>33777983No, but still. I'd really like to be seen as attractive by women. Or at the very least, I wanna be seen. I'm just not sure how to post something provacative without it coming across as forced and unprompted.
>>33778100Again, if you were anywhere near good-looking, you wouldn't be asking that question. Good-looking people attract, just like a magnet. Forcing a wrongly perceived attractiveness upon women is the worse thing you could do.
>>33778122Ok, but, it's important to me for other reasons beyond just female attention. It's kind of embarrassing, but I got excluded from a sexy calendar shoot with my coworkers, and I feel horrible about it. Since I'm probably not going to be included in any of them, I REALLY want to post some sexy content of my own. Ya know, do something fulfilling on my own terms, instead of being made to feel like I'm ugly or unimportant.
>>33778141You were probably excluded for a good reason. And if you were good-looking you would have known already and wouldn't be in need of "showing everyone how beautiful you are". You remember those Down-Syndrome guys I mentioned earlier? Some of them post mirror pics flexing with some cringe rapper quotes like "rdy 2 get kinky with dem hoeees". They genuinely think they are cool with that and they do get likes out of pity. But in reality they are embarrassing themselves. Don't do the same mistake.
>>33778186But I wasn't excluded for a good reason. There were guys on that calendar that were 5 foot five, and 125lbs. Also, a skinny fat dude got included as well. I'm pretty sure it was just the boss picking his personal friends from outside of work, and didn't have as much to do with looks as you would think. Not being picked even though I more than qualify is really eating me inside.
>>33778186Then what's the alternative? Doing nothing at all would just make me feel worse. I don't have a girlfriend, and haven't gotten laid in months.
>>33778235Doing nothing would save you from embarrassment. All the memes of cringy selfies you see on 9gag or whatever, were taken by people who genuinely thought they were good-looking. When you see yourself in the mirror every day, you get used to your appearance and end up having a skewed perception of your real attractiveness. It's up to you to decide whether you want to risk becoming laughing stock in your entourage. The fact you haven't gotten laid in a while indicates that you are perhaps not as attractive as you think you are.
