I started uni and I don't want to be a lazy fuck who just studies and works. I wanna improoove, but I'm having a hard time doing things in my off time. I've never been one to schedule things in my day if I work out it's whenever I'm free/wanting to, or if I do hobbies, it's just when ever I'm done with HW which is also on a whim , but that lack of structure is making it hard to make progress on things. What kinda things have worked for you guys on being productive? The three constants are work, school, and working out, but the only thing "scheduled" is classes and work, so improvement feels doable, but nothing seems to stick.

Bold assumption.
Anyways, surely shitposting on 4chan doesnโ€™t make you productive. Are you larping?

Intelligent people have their lifes planned to a T months/years in advance. Feel free to watch youtube vlogs of people studying medicine in prestigious universities. You'll see how they have a schedule they stick to. If you don't already have a schedule, then it means you don't have a real purpose in life and that you're closer to an animal than to a cogent human being.

You'd be surprised the retards they let into unis, myself included. Passing isn't exactly hard these days, course load short of med school is a joke lmao, so I do have a lot of free time, I'm working with

Use Outlook or something and just cut your days into sections.
>When do you work?
>When do you have classes?
With those blocks filled, the rest of the day/night is yours to do with what you want. If you can finish homework right after class, do it so the lesson is still fresh in your mind. And if you have a question, you can promptly email or visit the professor. After work, school, and homework, schedule gym times around a reasonable sleep schedule and use the off-gym days for hobbies. For the time you have between the cracks, do something you can easily pick up and put down like reading a book or doing a logic/word puzzle.
