I'm 22, live with my parents and I'm very spoiled. I'm a NEET and never had job. I don't go out alone and don't open my mouth to speak to people unless I find necessary (selective mutism). I wanted to work on the internet, either with programming, Youtube, drawing/animating, etc. But I have a potato PC which I had for over 10 years.
That said, my question is:
How do I stop stressing over stuff I "can't" (don't feel motivated enough to) change?

While writing and thinking about this, I felt my head lighter; as if a hand stopped tightening some parts of my brain (a feeling I rarely feel once I start worrying about stuff). So maybe the secret to relax could have something to do with being aware of this situation, I think...(?)

Did you go to college?
If you can't get to college, get a job. You'll hopefully force yourself to improve socially as you are forced to interact with co-workers and earning a little extra money is also nice.

I’m glad you’re being transparent while writing this. I post on a phone so posting in this site is annoying since my thumbs are about to fall off after every post. I’m in the same spot but a bit younger than you. I have passions that I can’t find the means to meet, let alone come UP with those means and how I’d obtain them. You’re not alone

And why this advice?

The government has made signing up for that shit basically impossible. You need like other people in your life to basically back you up and sign shit for you
