>feel like I'm coming off as a know-it-all
>look up advice, it all says that it stems from insecurity

I don't feel insecure, I just don't like seeing people make things harder for themselves and it negatively effects me in the end if I'm associated with them. Being quiet sucks I spent the first 20 years of my life being quiet and that was when I was truly insecure. People tell me to speak my mind, well my mind is full of observations of inefficiency. I'm not saying I'm some kind of genius, I have blindspots too and I want other people to point them out.
How do I cope with everyone being annoyed at me and only newbies and youngsters actually listening to me

We are a different species. We have nothing in common

You are insecure.

You think you will have to pay for them. You don't. No need to help fools that you aren't going to pay for. Not even advice. When they fuck up and come to you just ignore them.

i used to have this problem, not only do people to your sides think you're a knowitall dork but people above will think you're disruptive

i got over it by no longer telling people and instead using my own methods to outperform others and only showing them how when they ask directly

I'm not a gorilla in the jungle. Everything that we have, computers, running water, medicine is the result of centuries of teamwork and improvement. If we decide to slide back, we are going to suffer and die, to catastrophe and enslavement. If it is possible to save the future I know that I want to be one of the people who tries to help.

I don't like staying silent it feels wrong. I let the urge to be avoidant guide my behavior for a very long time and it made me feel sick in the mind, unconfident. Clashing with authority figures and ego conflicts is a huge struggle for me but choosing to reject avoidant tendencies has been like night and day for my confidence
