If you get 8 hours of sleep every day, I don't know how you don't wake up energized. Also skip breakfasts and just eat lunch and dinner. That way all morning your brain isn't carbed-out, and you're not digesting anything, all blood flow goes to your brain.
Sex drive is the strongest instinct we have. Think of salmon - it has a chill life, then when it feels the call, it swims upstream on an extremely dangerous journey just to nut once and die.
