Don't acknowledge it. Be kind to them and others. Don't give anyone else reason to believe that the "conflict" exists in anyone's mind except the other person, who is making it obvious. That makes them toxic, problematic, etc, and you the victim. If it's sincere, it may make it increasingly difficult for them to justify their disdain for you to themselves - unless they don't care, in which case again the goal is to allow them to make it obvious to others that they are the problem, not you. Someone with superior social skills, etc will near always be able to turn things around on you, if an open conflict arises. Avoid that, and they look like a bully. Remember - someone who "doesn't like you" and makes it obvious to you and/or others is near *always* trying to make a move against you socially, professionally, etc, and lay the groundwork for you to be undermined or excluded, often to their benefit. There's no rational reason to do so otherwise.I would never signal to people that I dislike them, because (a) If it's only subjective dislike, it is completely unfair to make them feel that way - struggling with neurodivergence (and *possibly* a little covert narcissism, but that might simply be years of internalized self loathing talking), I know better than many how painful it is to be disliked, especially for things you can not or should not have to change; (b) I don't have delusions about my ability to read others' character, and I have been wrong before; (c) Why would you make your (especially subjective) enmity toward someone obvious, closing the doors if you ever need them, opening the doors to future conflict, revealing your position in advance should one arise, etc?
