How do I transcend racism as a white man in Canada?Everywhere I go, I feel like a minority amongst a majority of sub 101 IQ coloured people. For attending an orthodox church I'd recommend dressing up, and it's common to cross yourself when you enter. During mass there's standing, kneeling, crossing, and sitting at different times, just do whenever everyone else does. If you like it you can talk to the priest afterwards and introduce yourself.

as the only canadian white guy at my workplace, have you tried looking at coloured people as humans?most white people i know break most of your values. most coloured people i know only break the 5th one. most white people i know are poor, don't care about their image since they don't think it matters, and don't have good self care (myself included) while the coloured people i know are more self-concious, have higher self-worth and are wealthier. hobbies are more dependent on the individual though.i'm from the west coast though, where you can find signs in chinese and arabic basically everywhere. dunno if it's different in other parts of canada. i heard in newfoundland it's 90% white but the browns there are wealthier and more productive too.
