The tester instructed me to turn right and the traffic light was red. I stopped. My left side was blocked so I creeped forward to get a better view and as I did this there was an oncoming car. I immediately stopped but the examiner failed me because he said stop right at the same time that I stopped and thought I wasn’t going to yield to oncoming traffic. What do I do in this situation? Do I just wait for the light to turn green instead of creeping forward to avoid confusion?
