I take melatonin to sleep and caffeine pills to stay awake. I have no natural sleep left. How soon will I die?
So what.A ton of people have trouble with sleep, many of which that use a bit of assistance in chemical form.Using your stuff likely won't make a big difference regarding your lifespan. You still will die, like everyone else, but other factors will likely play a much bigger role in it.
>>33818830>autistic nigga has the likely comorbid sleep disorder, and lives in absolute suffering because he fights against it instead of going with itYou'll learn some day buddy....
>>33818830>How soon will I die?Not soon enough.
>>33818830You won't die but your brain will eventually shrivel up like you've spent your life doing hard drugs and your overall health will slowly deteriorate. Having bad sleep ruins your entire biology.
>>33819642can you please explain because I'm autistic and what this anon said>>33819711is happening to me. I eat healthy, I work out. I just want to sleep. I don't want to take melatonin because it doesn't work and gives me restless legs, and I don't consume caffeine or any substances. I don't know how to fix my sleep. I sleep maybe 5 hours a night at most, it only started in the last two years to get this bad, I used to be the sleep 8 hours guy.
>>33819642I can't go along with it because I must still go to work on time. A man must work.I used to be able to sleep quite normally. This only started happening after my dear wife abandoned me. I also pissed myself last night.>>33819711Sad!
>>33818830Don't drink. Alcohol ruins your sleep quality, cause insomnia, etc.See a sleep doctor. Do not wait. Do it now.Track your sleep. Time, quality, issues. Pen and paper is fine, or you can get a fancy watch to do it for you. Most people dose melatonin wrong. Taking large amounts just knocks you out, like a sedative, and doesn't lead to restful sleep. Taking a very small amount, somewhere between .3mg and 1mg, four or so hours before bed, is much more effective.
>>33820776Yes, I will. I must.Last night I took 1.9 mg of melatonin, and though it made me physically tired, it still took me 4 hours to fall asleep. My mind kept racing.
I think that's also a practice to prescribe Adderall to people with insomnia so that tires them out throughout the day, so caffeine is not a big deal. Do you exercise daily or have a physical job? If you don't move enough that's the problem and you should start going to gym or whatever sport. If that's not the case then go to the doctor
i'm the same, anon, min wage nigger night shift work ruined me
more meds aren't gonna help anon, it's a vicious circle
