You shouldn't give two fucks about what an eight year old thinks, but if it's really that big of an issue than you could always just talk to their parents.

I have an eight year old niece and while she likes to play around some times there's a clear line between what's acceptable and what's not acceptable.

For example, my brother has problems with his teeth and one time my niece made fun of his teeth and got in big trouble with my sister.

She only found out though because my brother told her. So if you got a problem, tell the parents.

Ignore him. Eventually he'll tire of it. Telling his parents isn't a bad idea, tho, it would be good to learn that teasing others is not nice and not acceptable behavior
