i have. i went from sedentary at 400lbs, prediabetic, high blood pressure couldn't walk half a mile at my worst to currently 300lbs, walk 70 miles a month, a1c back to 5.7, blood pressure to 125/80, weight training and 40 minutes cardio MWF at the gym each week, noticeable muscle tone, thigh gap, cheekbones, it's only my abdomen that's still bulging and jiggling
