I'm trying to play mafia on my Windows 11 PC but after installing it doesn't do anything. I keeps getting bocked by the windows administrator. Can someone tell me how to fix this.

The disc one is pretty much dead for modern systems, so you'll need to get the GOG version.

Go to Mafia folder and launch SETUP.exe
Select your resolution and other settings then close close it.
Now open GAME.exe
Game should launch
The next time you can try to use the shortcut to see if it works.
