Let me tell you how you can defeat your paranoid schizophrenia. Everytime you deal with your schizoid thoughts or feelings try to find real concrete evidence to back it up, and it has to be imperical evidence. For example, you believe your elderly mother is spying on you, and you notice each day she is just watching TV and cleaning the kitchen, so there is no way she is doing that. At some point through all of the imperical evidence you're gonna realize in you are in a better and safer world than you may believe, because that is reality. You can never disprove what is tangible and always the schizophrenia in your brain goes into weird intangible theories that make zero sense. You all are reading this correctly I'm assuming?

>>33833030>>33833797The problem is the "empirical" data always includes shit they won't tell you about because they know it'll make them sound crazy.Schizophrenic people experience a whole load of things that just don't make sense to conventional minds, and often doesn't make sense to them either. Delusions arise out of trying to make sense of this novel extraneous data without a solid foundation to base it on. Imagine every time you go near grandma she comments on the thing you were thinking about ten seconds ago. Pretty soon you'll believe she's reading your mind or spying on you or in a conspiracy against you with the neighbor who does the same thing.
