just deleted my instagram app, i want to get out of social media, on the other hand i dont find much in common with the current world, so i am pondering just retreating entirely. Will i have to endure withdrawal symptoms? most proberly. I dont know yet where to put my cognetive attatention, i feel like I am waiting for something, but maybe im waiting to be waiting, maybe the point of me is to not get anywhere. anyways, how are you? how are you coping with todays low standards and high prices for everything, basically slave excistence… any ways, some time its just nice to look at the sea pic rel
>>33833933It's good to be introspective and not allow meaningless things to take up too much of your attention. But don't become reclusive entirely. That too is unnecessary. Being in connection with others is how we were meant to live, and your mental health needs it.

depends on how you use it.i grew up during the times where privacy was top priority but now i'm getting the feeling being out of social media means i'm a social pariah and specially a repellant to women.
