How do I improve my posture? I'm 26 years old and have had terrible posture my entire life. I can't straighten my back if I sit down and stretch my legs. I immediately feel severe pain in my quadriceps, and they cramp up. I also feel like my hip is slightly forward, and my abdomen cramps up when I do sit-ups. How do I improve? (Reference pic, not me)

>>33835038Thanks, I'll keep that in mind. I need to improve. I hate my damn posture. I suffer because of it.
>>33835078There's also a video called How to Fix Upper Back / Rhomboid Pain for GOOD (4 Effective Exercises) on YouTube that might be worth looking at. The side to side neck one is helping me a bit.Consider exercises for your back and shoulders too. They can help pull you back into a better posture, but be careful not to fuck your rotator cuffs by going too hard.Whatever you do, understand that almost all fixes will take around a month of tedious work before they start to really pay off. It sucks ass, but it's what you gotta do. You also gotta consciously change how you sit and walk, which is super frustrating at first because the minute you stop paying attention you'll slouch again. Really maddening, but stick with it.
