He tried to escape through my apartment but when I wouldn't let him through he tried to jump back through hers but I restarined him and a few other tenants helped me until the police came.Another (later) time was her getting harassed in front of the building, I just yelled those guys down.There's been a few more over the past few months, like it's not all at once.
