Im not on birth control but have been eating way less due to loss of appetite. Already thought that might be the reason but it never messed with my periods before. Could still be a possibility for sure

It is not uncommon for women to miss periods completely sometimes. You can look this up too but I can tell you from life experience dating women that it can happen due to stress and hormonal changes. But ultimately, it might be a good idea to talk to a physician if you can afford to depending on where you live to be sure it's not something more serious.To 100% rule out pregnancy you can also go to Dollarama or basically any grocery store or drugstore and get a pregnancy test just to rule that out. Pee on a stick, wait for the results kinda thing. Then that's 100% off the checklist because a doctor is going to recommend the exact same thing to rule out pregnancy. Depending on age, skipping a couple of periods is fine. It’s normal for younger women to have irregular periods, but if it gets out of hand then for sure talk to a gynecologist
