do IEMs give you ear infections? I have been using them for two years now since my old headphones broke and my ears are itchy most of the time and I have gotten an ear infection like four times the past two years, even now my right ear has been hurting like hell for daysdo I have to religiously disinfect them before each use or something?
Yup, it triggered eczema for me. You have to stop using them all together or else the problem will just come back. Go back to over-ears instead.

>>33837706I've used them for a very long time with no issue. Be more hygienic. Clean them regularly with isopropyl alcohol. Also IDK just have earwax that's better at killing germs.
