Should I call out?

A couple of hiurs ago as I was eating some Chinese tand out I felt a weird slight pain in my right jaw, I felt stiubd abd i realized I had bit a piece if metal along with it

Should I call out and go to urgent care?

I work at trader joes and they understand if you have a medical note

TLDR

I accidentally semi ate this metal piece in pic related and it gave me pain in my right jaw

Should I go to work to day or just go to urgent care and take the day off
