How do I get out of customer service jobs? Currently I'm 27M. Was recently promoted to a manager role for a company that rents out office spaces. I'm thinking of staying here 1 more year but after that I want to find something else and get out of client services. I'm just not sure how to do that since that's what all my other jobs have basically been and I have an English BA. Should I consider going to grad school while working? I was looking into some grad programs and urban planning sounds interesting. Going to school while working full time is going to add a lot of stress to my life and I honestly would rather avoid that.
