What does it mean if you don't really feel loneliness?

Ive heard people talk about it and feel bad about it but I honestly don't think I really feel it. Sure I enjoy people but I've always found friendship groups to be exhausting and have always had trouble maintaining them because I didn't want to go out or do what the group was doing.

Is it strange that I feel my social needs are met from my regular daily activities (like work, church, grocery/errands). Outside of that I don't desire much and can go my days off not wanting to deal with anyone
